Yes, and also if you've started your journey. Mastering Custom Grillz is perfect for makers-to-be who have an idea they’re ready to refine, validate and create a plan for, as well as established makers who want to improve their craft, professionalise, and find community with other like-minded business owners.
Absolutely. The course is designed to be relevant no matter where you’re based. All lessons are taught in English, and the tools and materials are linked to suppliers across Europe, with suggestions you can easily adapt to your local market. The only downside? You won’t be able to drop by the studio in person ;).
The upside? When you do make it to London, you’ll already have a community waiting for you.
Plan to spend around 3–5 hours per week moving through each module. That usually breaks down to:
- 1 hour watching video lessons
- 1 hour planning and reflecting
- 2+ hours re-watching applying what you’re learning through hands-on practice
You’ll also have access to live calls with Nick and the private community, where you can ask questions, get feedback, and learn alongside others.
That said, there’s no pressure. You can go at your own pace.

We don’t cover stone setting and metal casting, but don’t worry. We’ll show you exactly how we do it, how to outsource both so you can deliver professional-level grillz without needing to do everything yourself.
Enrollment for the Winter Cohort is open from 17 November to 16 December. The course officially begins on 18 December, and because we keep the cohort intentionally small, we encourage you to reserve your spot early.
This isn’t a one-on-one coaching program, but you’ll still get plenty of support. Nick shares his best tips and hard-earned insights through the video trainings, and you’ll have access to live calls and expert-led workshops for extra guidance. Inside the private community group, you can ask questions, get feedback from the team, and connect with others on the same journey. It’s a powerful group learning experience designed to give you the clarity and confidence to level up.
The course costs £750, and we offer buy now, pay later option to purchase the course via Klarna and Clearpay (Afterpay in the US).

How long is the process?
Once we receive your mould kit, we aim to have your piece completed by 12-18 working days. (Though this depends on the complexity of the piece and it can also vary during busy periods). Everything is done to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible, without compromising the quality of your piece.
CAN I ORDER THROUGH INSTAGRAM?
Yes, please include the product you would like. For orders not on the site or for custom orders please include an explanation of the design you’re after. Specify what materials you would like if you know, any reference photos and sketches will be useful. If you have an exact design idea this will help, or let us know your budget. WHAT’S A HOME MOULD KIT?
Grillz are made using a mould of your teeth, you order a grill and we send a kit to your house so you can get a grill in the comfort of your own home. The kit comes with ‘how to’ instructions guiding you along the way, once you’ve taken your impression simply send it back to us! From there we have all we need to make your grill.
Where are you based?
We’re based in the heart of London, but we ship worldwide! You can purchase a mould kit from us, shipping will be calculated at check out. Alternatively contact us to organise an appointment.
How do grillz fit?
Grillz take the exact shape of your chosen tooth/teeth, imagine it as a cover that goes over it, most grillz will simply clip on however depending on the anatomy of your tooth, on occasion this is not possible and requires a dental adhesive to hold them in place. We have found this is the case in about 5% of pieces. We will also explain and guide you on the process required for tightening your grill.
What's a dental Adhesive?
Dental adhesive is a non-invasive material that acts as a temporary glue to hold your grill in place. It can be easily taken off by brushing your teeth once the grill is removed at the end of the day. There are 2 main brands, Poligrip and Fixodent, you can buy them online for around £4, when you wear your grill you put a small amount of paste on the inside which secures the grill in place if required.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we ship internationally! You can purchase a grill/mould kit from us, shipping will be calculated at check out. Around £35 (this includes a mould kit, covers shipping of the mould kit to you AND the grill once it's completed).
I have a missing tooth, can I get a grill?
Yes, we can put a grill in place of a missing tooth, you will just need a cap on at least one side of the gap. We can also cover gaps and chipped teeth.
Do you do custom designed grillz?
We love to do custom designs and pride ourselves in helping to bring your creativity to life. These orders will be done directly through Instagram, so shoot us a dm here.
I can’t find the design I want on your website?
No problem, simply contact us via instagram dm or email, we can give you a quote and you can place your order through there.
How does shipping work?
If ordering through our website shipping will be calculated at checkout. We send you a mould kit, once we receive this back and we complete your grill, we will send you your piece tracked via Royal Mail. Shipping price includes the shipping of the mould kit and your grillz.
How often can I wear my grill?
You can wear your grill every day but you should take it out when you eat, when you brush your teeth and when you sleep. It is a piece of jewellery not a medical device.
Are grillz permanent?
No, grillz are temporary, they clip on and off without issue. We do not make permanent caps.
Can I eat with my grillz?
No. We highly recommend NOT to eat with your grillz, your teeth have a natural alignment when you bite down, a grill (although thin) is a layer of metal around your tooth, this stops you from biting down fully. This is why it is deemed as jewellery and not a dental prosthesis.
I have a permanent retainer at the back of my teeth can I have a grill there?
Yes you can, we’ve made grillz for many people with them.
How do I clean my grill?
Grillz can be cleaned easily with a soft/medium bristle toothbrush with toothpaste similarly to brushing your teeth.
How often should I clean/polish my grill?
Grillz should ideally be cleaned every time after they are worn to stop a build-up of bacteria. You can also use a polishing cloth when you see fit to clean the outer surface to keep it shinning.
Can i smoke with my grillz?
Yes, though be prepared for the surface of your grillz to tarnish at a faster rate (more so with silver), especially at the back though this can easily be removed by giving them a good polish with a polishing cloth.
What’s the difference between gold 9ct, 14ct and 18ct?
With gold, 9 Karat has 37.5% gold within the alloy, 14 Karat is 58.3% gold, and 18 Karat has 75% gold within the alloy.
What is the difference between gold and silver?
Silver grillz will tarnish more over time as a natural property of the metal, whereas gold will tarnish a lot less, tarnishes are mainly sped up through activates like smoking or drinking fizzy drinks when wearing grillz. A good polish can fix this.
I can’t come to you for a fitting?
If you are international and/or not able to come directly for a fitting, we can book a video call to guide you through the fitting process if required. Do not attempt to fit your grill before being consulted. If you would like extra security, Poligrip or Fixodent is a denture glue that can be used.
Do you offer Discounts?
We do have promotions (and giveaways) from time to time. Anyone subscribed to our email list are notified of these offers.
Do you offer a polishing service?
Yes, contact us on Instagram for more information and a quote. Over time your grillz surface can become dull if not taken care of, to bring your old grillz back to life feel free to drop us a request.
Will I be more likely to attract the partner of my dreams if I wear grillz?
Yes, it’s a proven scientific fact backed by years of research that wearing grillz makes you more attractive. ;)
